Senior Personnel

Brian J. Barr founded Vector Wind Energy Inc. in 2003 and continued as President until it was sold to Canadian Hydro Developers Inc. in 2007.  He guided Vector through its initial public listing and was responsible for its overall strategy.  Mr. Barr is a seasoned manager having held several director and executive officer positions with public companies in Canada and the United States since 1994.  In these capacities he has played key roles in over $500 million of financings, restructurings and business combinations.  He is currently a director of Mustang Minerals Corporation (TSXv:MUM) which is developing an open pit nickel mine in northern Canada.  Mr. Barr has a degree in business administration and is also an attorney with over 25 years experience in corporate and energy law.

 Graham Findlay brings over 25 years of engineering and project management skills to the team.  As head of operations with Vector Wind Energy, Mr. Findlay forged a reputation as an outstanding project manager able to meet stringent construction deadlines under adverse conditions.  Prior to founding Vector with Mr. Barr, Mr. Findlay focused on the design and installation of electrical and telecommunication infrastructure for large commercial buildings, which experience underpins 3G’s recent expansion into rooftop solar applications.  Mr. Findlay is a board member of the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association where he provides policy input for government initiatives in the renewable energy sector.  Mr. Findlay has degrees in engineering and business administration.

Bruce Benn is a specialist in investment banking with over 25 years in structured finance and M&A transactions.  The private investment banking firm he founded in 1988 has incubated several successful start-ups in the high tech and energy sectors.  Having structured or arranged over $500 million in private and public equity and debt financings, Mr. Benn has gained a strong reputation as a financial innovator and market leader.  Mr. Benn is an attorney and has a Masters of Law degree from the University of London in the UK.  Mr Benn acts an advisor to 3G Energy.
